The Heritage Foundation created an election fraud database. It features a sampling of voter eligibility fraud. Why did they exclude candidate eligibility fraud? They're remiss for not including an ineligible Presidential candidate who would also serve as the Commander in Chief of the nation's Armed Forces. Ballot access for ineligible candidates for the Office of the President and Vice President represents a far greater national security threat than voter fraud.
