Here is official evidence that disqualifies our 21st President. Chester Arthur was born on October 5, 1829 in North Fairfield, Vermont. His father William Arthur naturalized on August 31, 1843; 14 years after Chester Arthur was born. This naturalization record is incontrovertible evidence Chester Arthur was not a natural born citizen.
